“As parents we where very apprehensive to take our son and put him in regular daycare setting. As he had been home since birth and had not been exposed to what a day in daycare meant. Just Like Home Childcare came to us as a God send to us. Our son Loves his Teachers and friends, He doesn’t fight going to school and that is very reassuring. He also is able to describe his day and what letters and numbers they focused on for the day. I am glad my son is a citizen of “Just like Home Childcare”

We are very familiar with your standard franchise-type of daycare system, and Just Like Home, has far exceeded our expectations. They are more organized, very clean, and they have a structure that our little guy thrives with. All of the staff is very caring and loving, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for more than just a daycare. Our son loves the interaction, the lessons, and the activity! “Good childcare is hard to find, but superb childcare is a rare gem! Just Like Home is just that and I’m so glad I have my daughter here! I’ve experienced large care providers, small providers, in-home care, at home care, you name it. But I can honestly say I couldn’t be more grateful for the quality of education, the attentiveness and genuine care of Mrs. Yamisha and her staff, and the creativity in the program. I love that it’s in her home but it really feels like I’m sending her to a trusted family member who loves my baby like her own. It was so hard to find someone who not only provides a food program but also takes care to treat eat child uniquely based on their needs. That was such a relief because my daughter has like 3 crazy allergies that can be easy to miss. I love that her child to teacher ratio is a good and manageable balance, keeping her with the same 10 little people and teacher all day! That is a win, especially when so many providers crowd or shuffle kids around. And if all of that wasn’t enough, we’ve made it through a whole pandemic together with ZERO infections!! She was flexible and understanding when everything happened and has done everything she can to keep families safe. I write this with a full and grateful heart knowing that her program is the BEST that I’ve experienced!”

“I am an overprotective mama and when I gave birth to my miracle baby I was VERY particular who I left her with. I visited several centers in the area and I just didn’t want my kid to be just a random baby in a classroom with different people. I NEEDED her to feel love and feel safe. Misha did all that! I sent my breast milk and her purée foods that I home made and Misha was so awesome in feeding her what I wanted her to have whereas centers can only feed them their meal plan. I NEVER picked her up dirty or anything like that. I RECOMMEND!!!!”

I strongly recommend this place for your young children. My daughter absolutely loves it. The staff is great and I see my daughter applying the activities they learn at school in everyday life. The curriculum definitely prepares your child for school. The children are in a safe clean environment with people who love children.

Highly recommend her. The house is always clean and nicely organized with aged appropriate areas, toys and activities. My child is very picky and she tries to work with him as much as possible, which is great! I feel comfortable and confident leaving my kid with her.

My daughter loves Mrs. Fuller and her friends at just like home daycare. Up until now my daughter has cried at every daycare that we’ve enrolled in. But her bond with Mrs. Fuller is incredible and she learns something new every day!

We have a 4 year old and an almost 2 year old attending this home daycare, and we love it! Prior to starting, Yamisha provided a tour of her home and had a very structured interview process, which reflects the orderly, clean, and structured daycare she runs. She provides structured learning, while being a comfortable, fun place for the kids. Yamisha has a little classroom setup where she teaches the older children subjects such as reading and math, and, at the parents’ preference, she provides homework for the older children. We’ve had our children in a pretty nice, regular daycare before, but Just Like Home is much better in comparison. With this being a home daycare, she can only have a certain amount of children, which means she can provide more one-on-one attention to the children vs a class of 15+ at a normal daycare. Our children have been attending for a little over a couple months now, and we are very happy with the level of attention, care, and kindness Yamisha provides to our children. I highly recommend her daycare.

My two children have been going there for almost two years now and Mrs. Misha is an absolutely wonderful provider with a passion for teaching and educating her children. Her home is always impeccable when i drop off/ pick my kids up. She has a dedicated learning room in the back specifically catered to the children like a classroom and frequently sends photos of their everyday activities to me while i’m at work, which is very assuring as a parent. She also cooks very healthy and delicious at home meals for my kids that they love and brag about when i pick them up! I would recommend her 100% to anyone in the Ruskin/ Wimauma / Riverview surrounding areas!
